1 When is the booking deadline? ▾
All bookings must be submitted 2 Saturdays before the sitting week.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.
2 Can I book without the Austro Control form? ▾
Yes. You can secure your dates first (send your ID + booking email) and provide the completed form later.
The form must still be submitted by the deadline (2 Saturdays before the sitting week).
3 How many subjects can I take in one day? ▾
It depends on your plan and the sitting schedule. If you’re planning a retake, note that some products have
minimum subjects per day—see Additional Fees (Single Subject Override) if applicable.
4 What documents do I need on exam day? ▾
Bring a valid passport or national ID. Also bring any permitted tools (e.g. approved calculator)
and follow the “On Exam Day” checklist.
5 Can I change my subjects after booking? ▾
Subject changes are possible within the applicable deadlines. Fees may apply (e.g. “Subject Change Fee”).
Contact us as early as possible with your updated subject list and codes.
6 What happens if I cancel? ▾
Cancellation rules depend on timing. As a reference:
cancellation within 21 days of the sitting week may incur a full penalty.

7 I didn’t receive the invoice / confirmation—what should I do? ▾
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email info@aviationtest.eu
and include your full name and the sitting dates in the subject line.
