How to Book Your Exam
Complete step-by-step guide to booking your EASA theoretical knowledge examination.

All bookings must be submitted 2 Saturdays before the sitting week.

📋 OPTION A: Booking WITH Austro Control Form
Step 1: Download the Application Form
Get the official Austro Control examination form

Critical: Form must be filled using a computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
NO mobile phones, tablets, iPhones, or iPads. Handwritten forms are NOT accepted.
Step 2: Complete the Form
Fill in all required sections carefully
📋 Section 1 – Personal Details
- → Sitting: Select ONE sitting number
- → Telephone: Mobile with WhatsApp + international code
- → Email: Personal email address
- → Signature: Insert electronic signature
✍️ Section 5 – ATO Recommendation
- → Must be signed and stamped by ATO
- → NOT required for ICAO ATPL conversion

KSA (CPL/MPL/ATPL): Must be completed before your 13th (final) exam.
Step 3: Save & Name Your Files
Prepare your documents with correct naming

Cancellation & Change Policy
